For me, Datta is a perfect example of being a great leader while being a good follower at the same time. He’s never the boss, but a team player to help you succeed in your goal. Most importantly, he breathes good vibes and positivity. Personally, he’s like a big brother who’s not afraid to tell me if I’m going the wrong way. And I appreciate it. I’m thankful that I’m able to meet someone like him. Thanks, mate for everything. I’ll see you soon. Always take care and stay blessed.
I want to thank Datta for all the knowledge and wisdom he has imparted upon me. It has been a great help and support throughout my career. I believe my success is at least in part due to his sincere support and mentor ship. Thank you for believing in me. I truly appreciate and value everything I have learned from you. It will forever remain a major contributor behind my success and achievements. May you continue to be such an inspiring mentor to everyone. I really look forward to the day I can do the same for someone else. All the best for your future endeavors.
One of the highlights of my professional career is being able to finally harness my passion in writing. What made my stint worthwhile was having been coached and mentored by one of best I got to meet. Datta is the kind of person that would make you feel independent and trustworthy at the same time. He would praise your strengths, allow you to work on your weaknesses and be honest about possible failures and opportunities. To top it all, he would not make you feel like he’s the boss. He is a leader. A leader who takes care of his team but is never complacent. He wants his team to be always green and growing. Under his leadership, our team was able to create a safety zone. We were a family who cared for each other and strives to make all of us better individuals. Our respect for him was not imposed. He earned our loyalty and friendship. We were better professionals because of his regular dose of praise and advice’s. I believe that his management style was perfect for our team. It was “happy people, best output” kind of relationship. It is also great that even after our working relationship has ended, we look back and remember great memories. This only goes to show that he is the kind of person that comes to your life and leave a mark that changed you for the better. I am forever grateful.
What I like most about Datta is that he highly values insights and considers suggestions on how things can be improved. The exchange of ideas is free-flowing and comfortable.
He’s the type of leader who doesn’t limit your relationship to work alone; he treats everyone as his family. He gave me pieces of life advice (for free!) which I still carry up to this day. When I started working, I used to focus on work, but Datta taught me how to prioritize things – that family should always comes first no matter what. Also, Datta radiates so much positivity and good vibes that make work light and bearable. This is why I’m very grateful to have worked with him for 2 years.
